Congrats to L’Idiot Restaurant Opening

L’Idiot Restaurant opened this month and we had the pleasure prior to the opening to photograph this architectural gem designed by JAHAA 頡合設計 as well as mouth-watering artisan dishes.  The head chef/owner, Fudy, gave us an intimate tour of the newly renovated space and his vision of creating these dishes with ingredients directly from his farm not far from the restaurant.  L’Idiot also has a one of a kind technique at aging their meat to have a hint of smoked wooden taste in their steak. Our goal at KaCha. was to provide a visual experience capturing these alluring aspects of his creation and the space within that is equally just as powerful.
